H series and F series trannies, interchangeable parts?
whutsup fellas, as some of you may know, i purchased a used tranny and am planning on rebuilding it...i am going to be using a quaife lsd, while replacing all of the synchros and seals...my question is what parts are interchangeable from the H series trannys to the F series...gear ratios of both motors would be helpful if the gears are interchangeable, as well as a f/d ratio...i would like to see gear ratios somewhere in between that of the H and F trannies, but leaning towards the F series in the end for the taller gears...thanks
I was thinking the other day that if you build a 400WHP H22A engine if the trany is going to hold, most people here say that it would hold, but not long. My questions is, if you rebuild the engine is there any company that makes reinforced parts for this trannies? I know, for example, that for the Subaru's WRX trannies there are a lot of companies that build dog gears and stuff like that, so it can handle the engine power, but what about for the Hondas/Acuras out there, is there one companie that does this??
Sorry for highjacking your thread. But if you think about it it might help you!

Id use the f22 tranny w/ the Accord Wagon FD. It is the same FD numerically as the h22. I think it would be the best of both worlds. If you want i can punch up what mph you would get in each gear, etc.
