any body can tell the specs to adjust my valves 95 accord

I have a 95 accord non vtec and I dont have the book
can any body help mewith giving me the specs

Here are the specs from my service manual.. Hope this helps. Adjustments must be made with the engine cold like on all Honda engines.

Intake 0.009 to 0.011 inch
Exhaust 0.011 to 0.013 inch

they should be on a sticker on the underside of the hood
