I found one, but wanted to know what to look for in terms of problem areas etc... also... can hondamatic be converted to std? Also... after doing a search i could not find any sites for them either... I just want to know if the one i found is even worth buying.

This is the EG+ forum. Try the EF forum because they are closer to 1st gens.

 

1st gen? I haven't even seen one of those in years!! Are you planning on trying to restore/modify one?

 

the Honda dealership in my hometown has a completely original orange civic. Those are cool.

i have been talking to a shop owner around here who can help me put in a bigger motor. I am trying to find info on whatever possible... this is a weekend project car... my EG is my daily driver... soon to be overpowered with a H22.
