just like the topic says. if anyone knows where i can get the oem front lip for my 90 crx si please let me know. i searched with every kinda title i could think and got nothing so just letting you know i did try the search function.

 

Cheapest would be junkyard or used. But you can still get them at the dealership for $60 last i heard.

i picked up a lip from the dealer for 69.95. but its for a hatchback. i dont know if its the same.

 

i didnt think we could get stuff like that at the dealer nemore...i always went to the junkyard for everything

 

69.95 + the bolts and clips needed. they're around 3 bucks a piece. honda says you need 11 of each, but i got 5 of each and it's on the bumper just fine.

 

I would like to see pics of this. Does anyone have pics. Do they still have an oem lip for the 88rex?

pics of what? its just the stock lip. Yes they should have it for your car. Just call and ask.

 

A visit to the parts department at your dealership will be very surprising. I replaced ALL of the exterior rubber on my CRX and it came directly from Honda. Some of the pieces were of recent manufacture-just looking at how it is packaged versus some of the other parts.
BTW:-a plug is in order--The Honda-Acura Club has an agreement with many dealer to give a discount when you use your membership card. If you belong to AAA, AARP and some other groups the dealer may even give you a break that way (I'm an older person )
My dealer gives me a shop discount, which is way cool and really helped us with all the pieces that were needed (roof panel is not cheap).
