i was wondering if the new FORGED NSX wheels would fit on an S2000

they are like 17x7 up front and 17x9 in the rear i think. anybody know if they are the same bolt pattern?

 

Bolt pattern of the NSX wheels is unchanged at 5 x 114.3 mm (4.5 inches). Centerbore is still 70 mm front, 64 mm rear. Offset is still 55 mm front, but was reduced from 60 mm to 56 mm in the rear for 2002.

 

sooooo are you saying they willl fit? lol. the bolt pattern is the same right, just the offsets would be an issue.

 

I don't know if they will fit. You can't be sure until you try them out.

 

They do fit, people have them, check this link out for more info on offsets. I'm not sure about the 2002 wheel though.

Yes you can fit them but the offset is totally wrong.

 

definitely will fit, I have some pics at my other computer at home of a black S2K from Japan on gunmetal NSX wheels...looked incredibly good

if yes go to question 2

if no go to google

Q2&gt;
what offset is ideal for my s2000

once this question is answered...

Q3&gt;
does the nsx offset seem comparable to the s2000

and finally if all of this adds up then decide if it will look wicked bad racecar style

try not to **** up the way the car handles and then worry about how the wheels will look

i was just checking.

my 05 ap2
Front: 17" diameter x 7.0" width, 55mm offset
Rear: 17" diameter x 8.5" width, 65mm offset

my 02 na2
55 mm front, 56 mm rear

Offset (1991 - 2001) 55 mm front, 60 mm rear

the older wheels on an na1 were only 5mm off of the s2000s so its not like it was completely off. thanks for being such an informative asshat =-)

 

haha sic 'em. NSX offset wheels are not going to kill your handeling.

 

ummm correct me if i'm wrong.. but on the pre 94-01 nsx... aren't the front wheels 16x7 and the rears 17x8.5... same with the mesh zanardi edition wheels...
and the 02+ are 17x7 front and 17x9 rear...

wouldnt spacers help correct that issue?

 

Spacers would help, but not of they are too wide. The look damn good on the silver car, but they also look like they stick out just a tad. Could really **** up a nice paint job.
