Default Civic B20, getting ready for track

Hey All. I have done a search for this but havent been able to find anything. I have a 1993 Honda Civic DX Coupe 2DR. I need to know the curb weight if anyone knows it. Also. I have all the AC stuff removed, B20 engine swap, GSR Tranny, warm air intake and stainless 4-1 header, axle back is off also, spare tire and trunk extras are also gone. any ideas what it is weighing? I would weigh it at the track when i go this Friday but the people at Virginia Motorsports Park are very lazy and never have teh scales out If not then thats cool too ... I just need to figure out what my car is weighing so i have some ideal of what i might run friday (first time running it with my swap) lata guys.

Oh, another thing. the stock DX cat and exhaust is killing me... do you think it would run any better if i took teh cat off and ran it open right there? or would it just be loud and help none? well Im out. thanks again

---

if you drop your stock exhaust at the track it will help a lot. the b20 needs to breathe.

Have you put it on a dyno to see how much power it's making?

Nope havnt taken it to the Dyno yet. Me and some friends were goign to go some time in December or January to get our cars Dyno'd. And Yeah I'd drop my exhaust in a minute but that thing wont move. I got my friends Test pipe for the track and i was going to install it today but i cant get the catyletconverter off even with using wd40. Oh well. They are callin for skatterd showers on friday now.. if it doesnt rain i'll let you all knwo what i run.. if they close it down I'll just have to bust out my G-tech pro and hope i dont get a ticket (when its dry)

Hey everyone. I didnt get to G-tech my car but i did take it to the track tonight. Here is my best run. My worst run was a 15.127 @91.01 with a 2.394 60ft time. Are these decent times or around average? The car coudl use a exhaust. I'm thinkin about getting a high flow cat and 2.5 cat back. Well here is my best time below (i ran 4 times, 15.1, 15.0, 15.0, 14.9)

r/t - .576
60' - 2.182
330 - 6.215
1/8 - 9.558
mph - 72.92
1000 - 12.473
1/4 - 14.944
mph - 91.14
