Hello,
i was on emission test and it read high HC (200-300) could it be that fuel is not burned in cylinder 2? any other things i should try?

Idle engine sound (idk if its okay):

Also the cable of the injector on second cylinder is like this (i "fixed" for now with isolation tape):


I also swapped spark plug from cylinder 4 to cylinder 2 and from 2 to 4 and it looks like this after 30 kilometers of 2500-7000 rpms from that problematic cylinder 2 :
