Change my fuel filter now it’s pissing fuel any potential fix ideas? Tried taking the bolts off and making sure they were in the right spots where the hole alights with line and then tightened everything down and still doing it so was thinking the threads on the bolts are potentially stripped?

 

Did you replace the crush washers when you replaced the filter?
