1992 Civic EX no crank
New to the Honda Life!
I have a 1992 Honda Civic Manual with no crank.
Ran fine earlier in the day
Checked battery (Good)
Jumped starter and it cranks
Checked ignition signal fuse 31 good but swapped with another fuse to be sure.
Clutch pushed all the way in upon turning key
I’m getting a a beeping on dash and lights flashing without cranking
Has a standard key so I thinks it’s too old for an immobilizer.
Fuel pump kicks on when key is turned
Any direction would be appreciated .

Does the starter make any noise at all ? If it sounds more like you didn't push the clutch pedal to the floor before trying to crank, then I would be looking at the clutch switch. Remember it is the one at the TOP of the pedal, not close to the floor. You might look around the floorboard to see if there are small plastic remnants of the clutch switch pad... original ones will be dark blue in color. A cone shape or some thin pie shaped pieces are common to find... and a dead giveaway that you have found your problem.
Focus on the ignition switch itself, as they commonly fail on these Civics and may still power accessories but not send a crank signal. Check for 12V at the starter signal wire when you turn the key to START.
