I'm looking at a 2010 Civic, and the mechanic says it has 2 small leaks: oil and transmission. They said that the transmission leak could be the "main seal" and the oil leak could be the "VVT solenoid."

1. Do you have any idea what it might/should cost to fix the "transmission main seal"? Mechanic wasn't sure.
2. Do you have any idea what it might/should cost to fix a leak in the "VVT solenoid"?
3. Do y'all have any of your own ideas whether there are any common Honda issues that could cause the leaks?

Both are common leaks with higher mileage.
