Getting things I need for 98 civic automatic mini me and was thinking about stage 2 cam to add. Is there anything that should be added to that so nothing goes wrong or is that fine to run with a skunk 2 manifold and bigger throttle body, 4-2-1 header and cat back

 

You will need a set of valve springs and retainers for the camshaft... the stock ones may coil bind or allow valve float at or near redline. Do NOT install a larger throttle body. The Skunk2 Pro Series I/M is more than adequate for your application.
