It's been a while since I messed with the wiring to initially get it to work. This is a pic i took when i mocked it up 5 years ago. Please let me know if this works for you or if you needed to make any changes as my cruise on my current civic is not working, plan on getting that taken care of. But this did work at the time i did this.
This is what it should look like when you receive it
These are 4 pin connectors but we will only need 3
Make Sure the Green connector that will interface with the Green Connector on the clock spring is pointing up with the small divider, The black connector needs the push tab to be pointing down that will plug into the cruise switch. This is to make sure the orientation is correct and that the wires will be in the correct order.
Pin 1 on the green connector will goto pin 3 on the black connector, Pin 2 on the green connector will goto pin 2 on the black connector, Pin 3 on the green connector will goto pin 1 on the black connector
You can choose to use electrical tape or to wrap up the wires or use heat shrink. I was goin to crimp terminals to make it look better but I'm still struggling with crimping connectors lol.
