Just did a head gasket on my B20V, car runs great but there is a high idle problem that I'm trying to figure out. If I'm cruising and let off the gas, the rpms will hang around 2k rpm. Then if I tap the throttle sometimes it will drop to around 1100-1500, I hardly ever see it get down to 800-900 where I believe it should idle. My throttle body is not getting stuck.

Just looking for pointers on what I should look out for. Possible issue with my IACV? I don't have any obvious vacuum leaks. Unless the gasket in my IACV is bad and has air passing through.

This isn't the high idle that only lasts during the warm up, even when the cars at its normal operating temp this happens. Thanks in advance for any answers.
