D16y8 sensor

Can someone tell me what this sensor is? Motor is a d16y8.

... and it is broken off, so the top is missing. There are two vacuum hose fittings/barbs on the upper portion of the sensor. One leads to the intake inlet tube and the other connects to the center barb fitting on the top edge of the intake manifold. The link above that tech8 posted will show the sensor in it's complete form.
