Default Honda civic ej9 1997

I have a problem with my 1997 Honda Civic EJ9 with a 1.4. I recently removed my dashboard and then put it back in. Since then, the car won't start. The starter motor does turn. but I have no spark and the fuel pump isn't engaging either. I also don't hear a click from the main relay when I turn on the ignition. If I test the relay directly on the battery, it does click. The ground is good. As far as I can see, all the dashboard plugs are reconnected, and the fuses also seem to be in order. Does anyone have an idea where best to start looking? Or is there a known issue that often goes wrong after removing the dashboard? All tips are welcome!
