Hey, so I have an issue with the fan in my car, it is a Honda CR-V 2003. My blower motor works, which I tested, same with the resistor. I checked all the wiring around for voltage as well as continuance all worked, checked out all the fuses and relays, all are fine. My main issue is grounding. When I connect a screwdriver to the ground wire, blue/black, and connect that screwdriver to a metal, and turn on the fan, it works, but changing speeds doesn't work. So I know the grounding is the issue. Is changing the control unit the only way to fix this, or is there some other problem that might be creating this? Its only the fan that doesnt work, at high speeds the wind that comes through the went change temp to what the ac is set.
