1.6 DOHC twin cam fuel issues
Good afternoon guys. I have an issue with this honda engine in my rover. I believe its a k series engine, could be the d series though. They are pretty similar either way. I left my car running to warm up and it just stalled. But already driving it before it seemed kinda down on power. So it cranks but doesnt start. Only starts with starting fluid. The main relay is good/new. The fuel pump kicks in and works. There is fuell pressure going to the rail. Well atleast i believe so since when i cracked the fuel filter open it squirted fuel out. The injectors have theyr constent 12v im just not sure if ecu is pulsing them. But i dont see why it shouldnt. If they are getting the 12v it means the relay is working. And when cranking “both” relays in the main relay are clicking. When bump starting/towing the car it reads the rpm but refuses to start too. So that leads to believe me that the crank p sensor is working. I dont have any ideas left. Anyone has had a problem like this?
