I replace my van power steering pump and now my low pressure line keep popping off I replace the clamps with high pressure clamps and they keep popping is there solution or is all my rubber is old and original that it’s being almost a 20 year old van

 

If the system was not properly bled, air pockets may develop and cause irregular pressure or pressure spikes causing the hose to pop off.

Get the front wheels off the ground, with engine running slowly turn the steering from lock to lock while looking for air bubbles in the reservoir.

Fluid should not become frothy.
Leave the cap on but loose to allow air to bleed but not spill fluid.
