I was driving on an empty highway at night miles and miles of empty highway was just me and one other guy and I found out the fastest my cargo is 117 mph. It's got a speedometer of 160 and a V6 that I've probably got around 260 horses in and it'll only go 117 mph. But the guy beside me and his SUV he can do 130 135.

I don't see the sense in putting a bunch of top-end mods on my car if it can only do 170 mph no matter what. Is there any way to get that electronic top speed limiter taking off? That's my question
