99 honda civic ex. Fuel pump fuse has no power!
So my honda was running fine then one day just stopped. Changed the fuel pump thinking it was because it needed to be changed. Try to start and no go. Checked the fuse it works just fine. Used a voltage meter to find out there was no power coming from the fuel pump fuse port... can anyone tell me what I need to do. I wanna keep my honda.
you have a burnt fuse. How did you check them.?? I've see some "good-looking" fuse end up being bad. Always use a multimeter to check for continuity.
Yes my brother inlaw did. And he checked both the fuse and the fuse port with his multi meter and the port for the fuel pump fuse had no voltage. Plus the voltage on some of the other fuse ports where throwing low voltage readings. I should have included that also when I was asking my bad.

So update. The fuse box isnt putting out power to half of the things in the car. So now im wondering if its my fuse box or the wiring harness. But I can seem to find a proper wiring diagram or fuse panel diagram anywhere. Does any one know where I can find them for free?. So we can look at it better n find the actual source of the problem.
