1998 Honda Civic LX Sedan
Unknown milage on the chassis, the engine has less than 10 miles on it.
ENGINE:
Built buy cylinder support solutions:
J32A1 block (new from Honda) o-ringed
J35A2 Crankshaft (new from Honda)
Halferland forged h beam rods (new)
custom Weisco pistons with calico skirt coating (new)
ACL race bearings
ARP main and head studs.
Stock J32A1 heads/camshafts/valvetrain (rebuilt with new seals)
OEM new oil pump
ASIN water pump
new OEM timing belt kit with pulleys and tensioner
The engine was fully blueprinted/balanced and assembled by CSS and the sheet is attached.
Ported J32A1 injector bases with the idle air assist blocked off.
Prank Parts custom intake manifold with K-Tuned b series throttle body (P2R thermal gaskets for the upper and tb)
new J32A2 injectors
All the sensors are brand new NTK (cam, crank, knock, vtec, etc.)
Wireworx custom harness with an inline AEM UEGO wideband wired into an AEM 30-6051.
WORKING SPEEDO, needs to be calibrated.
S2K AP2 cluster with custom bezel and the K-tuned converter. QUBE Engineering Purple on white kit.
The engine needs to be tuned, I don't have $1500 to get it done here and also I don't have faith in the tuning shops around my area. It has the AEM base map that its tweaked to run and idle on but i would trailer it straight to a good tuning shop.
Probably forgetting stuff.
TRANSMISSION:
6 spd factory LSD under 100k miles from the junkyard. Came out of the newer Acura TL's 06-07 i think. Has fresh fluid and shifts great.
OEM new shifter cables and shifter box.
The shifter cable bracket is the P2R one.
new NTK sensors all over (speed, reverse, lockout, etc.)
New south bend clutch kit stage 3 Kevlar with the south bend aluminum single mass flywheel.
new OEM slave and master cylinders with a custom line.
CHASSIS:
All bushings, bearings, brakes are brand new.
Power stop full brake kit, drums in the rear and the slotted and drilled rotors in the front.
Brake booster delete from honed. (Honestly recommend if you are going to daily this to go back to a brake booster wouldn't be hard just would cost money)
Bearings and bushings are OEM.
D2 Racing coil overs.
Skunk rear lower control arms i believe.
Truhart rear brace.
Front subframe is out of the 92-95 EG to make extra room for the engine. (Great for future upgrade to the GSR disc conversion all around.)
Manual EG steering rack.
All new stainless braided brake lines
HASPORT J series mount kit on the highest setting for ground clearance. Yes you can close the hood and no hole cutout required thanks to the prank manifold. (street rubber on the mounts)
Invidia N1 cat back exhaust
P2R big tube header set
Rota wheels, tires sat for a long time so im including a brand new set of tires and there is also a 5th rim and tire so you can keep a full-size spare.
complete interior pulled from a doner junkyard car. Lots of the plastics were bought new from Honda.
New OEM radio and alarm boxes.
New kicker speakers all around.
Repaired and replaced all of the door harness connectors so all of the power windows and door locks work.
new OEM antenna. lots of the trim was junkyard pulls with new clips.
Brand new paint PPG base and the top of the line PPG clear. Could use a quick wet sand and buff but I don't have the expertise to do it.
All new light housings with full LED's.
Purple carpet that has some flaws near the rear seat. (I should have paid someone to put it in lol.)
Seatbelts all work
No airbags they were all removed. (Was planning on getting a removable racing steering wheel but never did like an NRG.)
Full aluminum radiator
AGM battery bought 2025
Lots of Downstar hardware throughout the entire car
Has working heat, no a/c.
windshield wipers have new arms and new washer pump and works great.
high output alternator and 4AWG big 3 kit.
AEM 355lph e85 fuel pump, factory fuel lines, rails, and pressure regulator.
side skirts could be replaced they are meh. (cant find a nice set of OEM's and dont have the money for the carbon fiber ones.)
Looking for the right person to buy this and get it tuned and finish it. It has room to be even better but with kids on the way and me losing motivation to work on it, I'm ready to move on.
I have over $50K in this car in parts alone and that's not including getting it all repainted. It's by no means perfect, but would be a great daily driver with some TLC.
I'm pricing this to sell quickly but I'm in no hurry, I don't mind waiting for the right person that is actually going to take care of it and finish it right.
Clean ND title in hand.
8K OBO takes it home. I have a bin full of extra parts and all things Honda I'm including with it.
