96 honda accord ex wagon f22b1 no power to fuel pump
so far i tested the main relay it was good and if i jump pin 7 from main relay to ground the fuel pump comes on but wont start. so i think that the ecu is bad and wont send ground to the main relay. and injectors wont pulse either. if anyone could help me diagnose more and see if i have a bad ecu id appreciate it im out of ideas

The only thing I got for you is to check the ground wires at the intake manifold. This is usually 4 wires to one "eyelet."
I have seen this eyelet forgotten to be put back on and cause the ECU to not ground the check engine light for 2 seconds and then turn off the fuel pump relay.

Well.........Next I would open the ECU case and see if anything looks burned or if the board has a burned smell. If everything is OK, you need to try a used one if you can borrow one, or you have to see if a reman/new one is worth a try assuming the cost is not prohibited . Even the factory manual says to try a know good ECU and retest.
Both of these options are not free, so you have bad choices here. Sorry.
