was told there is a yellow cord to override sliding door interlock
for 2016 SE
Situation is with driver side sliding door open, pull up on fuel door release. Fuel door pops open. Now driver side sliding door will not close.
Was told there is a yellow pull cord that can allow sliding door to shut.
If that is true, does anyone have a picture of where it is.
When this happened to me, I crawled undercar and forced arm - hand up to the fuel door and managed to push that shut, then sliding door can work again.
I also was told there is another yellow cord inside trunk in the rear fuse block to pull when fuel door will not open.
