2000 SI Speed sensor
There's no such thing as a good cheap one... the best deal would be a used one in a local junkyard. Although not optimum, you could get by with a manual SOHC one in order to pass inspection.
Here's how you find parts in the future. Go to dreamshop.honda.com put in your car, click on the parts tab, find the part in the category you need, and copy the part #. Search that part number on google and various websites to find the best value.
78410-S04-911 or 78410-S04-912
78410-S04-911 or 78410-S04-912

To add to what theYBLEGAL posted, when you get to dreamshop just under where you type in your car information is a link to enter the VIN. I would always type in the VIN over just using the generic drop downs. On my browser it always defaults to showing accessories and you have to find the Parts tab in the middle of the page, not at the top to switch over to parts.
When searching by part number, be careful and avoid counterfeit "Honda" parts. These will be found on EBay or Amazon, as well as some direct from overseas listings, and they will have a price that is significantly cheaper than what you have found from OE Honda Parts Departments. The font on the label will usually appear different than genuine parts, but otherwise, it will be difficult to tell. You might only know when you try the part and it is crap. Good Luck.
Rockauto is fine. Amazon is fine. Ebay is fine. I've never had an issue with returns at any of those places. As long as you buy from someplace with a solid return policy, you'll be fine. Just don't buy from AliExpress and expect to send it back for a refund. I have no problem with imitation knock-off parts when you are knowingly/purposely buying them. Just expect to do some quality assurance and testing as soon as it arrives, and make sure if it's going to show itself as a dud, it does so within 30 days or less.
