Default VACUUM LEAKS

Hi folks!
I have an issue with the FIA valve (below you can see the photo). It is sucking a lot of air that I can hear the hissing sound when I open the hood. I close all the air in the TB screw and car still running and then I press the hose and car starts to stall so that means that is the vacuum leak. Do you know of is normal?
As per reading I found it shouldn’t be open when car is hot, but seems like it’s stuck and keeps sending air to the injectors and intake. Is it ok to delete at all this valve? Where I live is never cold so I guess it shouldn’t affect but IDK if it will throw codes if I delete it, pls your advise! Thanks!
Also how it’s the best way to cancel it? just disconnect the hose? Car is throwing P0505 code
