Engine was running with some strange jittering happening on the highway, decided to have a generic mechanic look at it, he decided i needed to changed the coils, tried to start the engine after the swap and it wouldn't run, smelt a bit of a burning plastic smell while in the cabin. The following is a list of things i have tried with him to try and get the motor to run:

• Another set of new coils
• Replaced the ECM and changed the key code
• Replaced with a newer motor with 50k miles on it
• Took it to a dealer
• Took to a local Honda focused garage in LA

The engine still just kicks over but won't actually run.
