the problem was the blower fan high relay located low behind the glovebox hope this helps, this issue occurred after disconnecting battery while car was running

I disconnected the battery while running because the alternator was overcharging and I had to make it home without killing the battery. I have already fixed this issue. It was the blower fan high relay.
