I have a 2016 Accord Touring I bought new. Best vehicle I've ever owned and I hope to keep it for another 10 years. To get the car back to "perfect", there's a few things I'd like to fix.

1) The auto-dimming mirror doesn't work. There's no green light in the lower left corner like I believe there was when I bought it. The auto-dimming of the headlights works just fine, but the mirror doesn't. I have 35% tint on the windows, but without the green light, I'm assuming the tint isn't the issue. I plan to use a voltmeter today to see if the mirror is even getting power.

2) My backup camera on the trunk works great during the day, but at night, it's impossible to see. I was just going to replace this unless there's a correlation to the mirror also not knowing it's night-time. I've read mixed reviews on the Amazon cameras - particularly with the alignment lines not working as well as OEM.

I doubt this is related, but my son put an amp and sub in the trunk. In doing so, he disconnected the ANC module from behind the radio. Again, I don't think it's related, but wanted to mention that as well in case there were other wires in that harness in addition to ANC controls.

3) I probably need a new starter. About every 25 or so start attempts, the starter seems to spin but no cranking of the car. I wait a second or two, press the button again and it starts fine. I'm thinking the starter gear isn't extending for some reason every now and then. Is that even possible?

Well, the mirror must be faulty as I'm getting 9.9v between the red and yellow wires in the harness at the back of the mirror. Ughhhhh.....
