Radiator fan won’t kick on automatically
I have 1992 Civic Si with a B18C1 on a chipped p75.
I’m running a WireWork tucked engine harness and sub harness as well as CarrotTop tucked headlight front end harness. I have a toggle switch I can turn the fan on manually so we know the fan works. I have a new fan switch, new fan relay coil and both fan fuses are good. I just burped the cooling system so I know there’s no air pocket in the thermostat housing and the thermostat opens. When I jump the fan switch with a wire, the fan doesn’t kick on but I do the hear the relay click. The only difference now from two years ago is both new harnesses.
Am I missing something?
I’m damn near about to give up.

Then you found your problem. Either it is missing (or incorrectly pinned) some wiring between the under-hood fuse box and the fans OR you made a mistake in the installation. Double check your install... and if all is correct, check for continuity between the fan plug and where those wires terminate.
