1998 Accord LX 2.3l the Air Mix Control Motor is bad, and I am trying to install a new motor. It is removed on the passenger side at the center next to the center console. Removal is fairly easy but reinstallation is a real bitc*. It is accessible from both sides of the console but not much room to connect and secure the actuator rod to the linkage. Any tips on how to do this?

 

I was able to get enough space to work by removing the ECM/PCM which sets just below the actuator
