Default B16 series clearances question.

So currently we are again rebuilding my b16... due to some errors in the machine shop/ engine builder...

(This is not an all out build , daily that will see abuse and track use)

Now not sure what kind of pistons/rods I ll use..
The build parts are the following.
Toda A2 cams
Toda springs / gears
OEM retainers
OEM locks
OEM bearings.

Pistons/Rods (not sure yet)
CR target , 11.5:1 - 12:1
Stock Crankshaft.

PCT IM / B18C-R TB
Superspring header 4-2-1 (60mm) with 200 cel cat.

targeting around 200hp at the crank (the more the better) , rev limiter not sure yet , I assume that 9.5k will be enough and the power will start to taper off.

Are those clearances to give to my machinist correct?
ROD BEARING CLEARANCE: 0.0015" – 0.0018" (0.038 – 0.045 mm)
MAIN BEARING CLEARANCE: 0.0018" – 0.0020" (0.045 – 0.050 mm)
RING GAPS (81 mm bore): Top Ring: 0.018" – 0.020" Second Ring: 0.020" – 0.022" Oil Rails: As supplied (will adjust for bore)
CYLINDER HONING: Torque plate required Plateau hone finish 280–320 grit Target surface finish: RA 15–20
CRANKSHAFT: Polish journals Thrust clearance: 0.0020" – 0.0070"
RODS: Resize big-end if needed Measure big-end with ARP bolts torqued/stretched Side clearance: 0.008" – 0.014"
PISTON-TO-WALL CLEARANCE: 0.0025–0.0028" for 4032 / ~0.0030–0.0033" for 2618
VALVETRAIN: Following TODA instructions (not sure if it has any inside (assuming it does))

If those are enough to use with stock rods / pistons and can hold up that is even better. but not sure that is a smart idea.
Any input and your experience is greatly appreciated , thank you so much.

This is info that I gathered from all sorts of forums and mechanics / engine builders that have experience with b series.

I want longevity and reliability (the car wont live at 9.5k) but will get sort of abused.

Thank you again!
