i want to make my horn sound adjustable with a ****. is there any way to wire in a voltage regulator(i'm no electrician so bare with my lingo) that would work like an oscillator that you could dial in with a **** to change the frequency that the electromagnet vibrates at to make the horn sound?

i was looking into musical horns and they were all too loud. i want to have some type of **** that can adjust the sound.

is this feasible?
