Default Brake Lamp Light Won't Turn OFF

I have a 1995 Accord. The brake lamp on the dash won't turn off. I took it to Acura and they checked the back brake light bulbs and the brake switch next to the brake pedal. I also changed the stop lamp failure sensor (37540-SM4-003). The light still won't turn off. What could be the issue?

Check the switch or just wiggle the hand brake.

Handbrake doesn't run this indicator.

This indicator is run by the Saftey Circuit in the Guage Assembly. Your looking for an open in the connection between the tail lamp bulb and the Safety Circuit or even in the Gauge Assembly or Safety Circuit itself.

An open anywhere on this line would look like a blown bulb (and I hoped you checked for a blown bulb first).
