Default 98 accord F20B swapped

I've recently purchased my first honda on 10/31/25. A lovely 98 accord with an F20B swap, I was driving recently and the low oil pressure light came on. Stopped made sure oil level was good and it was, so I got back in started the car and drove home with the light never returning, Started it the other morning and it was knocking. I've started to take it apart and got the valve cover off and it appears that oil is flowing through the motor and getting to the top, I've currently got the oil pan and baffle off with a lot of copper material and a small amount of gasket material found in the pan. I know its from the connecting rod bearings and am going to try replacing them without pulling the motor or head. I'm currently looking for anything that'll help with removing the oil pump. I know it involves removing the timing belt and crankshaft pulley and i'm very new to honda's and want to make sure I do it properly. Any help would be appreciated

Once you pull the timing belt, etc the oil pump is right there to access. You will have to remove the balance shaft pulleys in order to remove it. I would recommend deleting the balance shafts entirely with an aftermarket kit to increase oil pressure while you're in there.
