Coolant leak
If there is not an obvious source, use a pressurized tester; please and be sure to BLEED* and refill before testing.
*Leaks don't have check valves, so liquid comes out and air gets sucked in (remember Bernoulli's principle) which will cause water pump cavitation and kill flow along with other issues.
When you find the leak, recommend you dump the remaining coolant and start fresh: the dissolved salts can oxidized into a grey looking sand. Dump it, get fresh Honda blue.

from your picture it could be from many places such as the throttle body coolant lines, to the heater core lines that enter the firewall. i also recommend a pressure test which would reveal the leak quickly!
