Bit stumped on this one, I thought they would fit because theyre 90-91, but since one is a US model and the other a Canadian model I can see why they wouldnt match up.

Its only the rear inner bolt thats like 5-10cm off for both of the seats

Not sure what I should do here, I could just get a new seat rail but parts availability is scarce, I could modify the seat rail by welding the bracket into a different place, or I could drill and tap a new hole in the chassis.

What would you guys do?

 

I'd get the correct seat and rail. Would not mess with the chassis.
If you have an old compatible seat pan, you can swap that correct pan onto whatever seat you want.

 

I couldnt find any seat rails so Id have to wait,
but I did manage to modify the seat rail and it should be able to bolt up fully.

No, just used the seat rails from the 91 seats.

Took these seats off a parts car and my car didnt have any seats to begin with
