Default Cup holder to replace ash tray

Hey yall, new to Hondas. I have a 1991 Honda Accord LX and I want to make it perfect. The interior is great, but there's one thing I want to change: the ash tray below the left-most vent. I don't have any use for an ash tray, but I do have use for cup holders. Does anyone know if anyone sells cup holders that would replace this ash tray? Thanks for your response in advance.

That's a coin tray. What do you think the felt lining is for, absorbing ash? The ashtray is below the radio and the cupholders are below that, labeled "Push."

I doubt that there is anyone that makes a cup holder to fit there. You could perhaps have someone 3D print one, but that is way beyond me.

Out of all my 90-93 Accords, I have never had the actual cup holder work. Depending on your center console, if you have what seems like a cheaper version or just perhaps the 90-91 (with the automatic seat belts) version that does not the large plastic console underneath the E-brake, it fits most to go drink cups very well.

I am really busy the next couple of days, but I will try to get some pics of the version that holds cups nicely.

I concur on the 90-93 Accord cup holders. They sucked. Not only did ours stop working, the drinks would fall out in certain situations as well.

I actually saw someone rock this setup in a CB Accord a while back, and book marked it for future reference. I have a CD Accord with decent cup holders, but you're limited on the size of the cup you can use, or if you have two cups of the same size. So I may grab it anyways in case I need something deeper that can hold a larger bottle.

The compamy is called Rinashi Solutions. This is a universal piece, and it bolts to the passenger front seat rail. You can adjust the orientation of the holder as well. HERE is the link to it. It not going to be "OEM" but it looks like a well designed and strong piece. Better than flimsy OEM plastic options.
