Default 99 accord electrical issue

dash light flicker intermittently has new ohm battery cables and alternator cleaned all eng grounds any known issues to look at

When I had the cluster out in my 95 LX to do the speedometer capacitors, I couldn't help but notice several cracked solder joints on the pins in the circuit board going to the connector. I did have intermittent flickers in the cluster lights, and it was fixed on mine by reflowing th solder joints with flux.

Just somewhere to look if you have the knowhow to get in there.

Also you can check ground locations, make sure they are clean and secure. If you have or can get a Chiltons, it will list ground locations for the harness under the dash,

I'd also recommend double-checking your ground wires. As they age, the ground wires can often become loose or damaged, which might be the source of your problem. Hope this helps!
