Default A ICU replacement

I have a 1990 Honda accord ex manual and my ICU went out. Spent a few weeks trying to figure out why my car won’t start and now I found out my ICU went out. But I am having problems figuring out what is interchangeable for this car. I don’t know what will work and don’t want to buy a part that won’t fit since the years or not being a manual will cause me to have to buy another one.

Unless the ICU is shorting something out, it doesn't have anything to do with starting the vehicle.

With that said, you can replace the whole fuse box, or if I remember correctly, you can remove the top on that square and pry out the (usually white or green) box inside. That's the ICU.

Well it’s not preventing it from cranking but it’s preventing the fuel pump working. Tested the connector that powers it and it’s working just fine. With the test light it’s hit on the white lines but in the fuses none of them are hot at all. I already triple checked them and had someone else who I hired check them and none of them was lighting up but the connector that powers the box is lighting up and working

Oh so not he actual ICU that's faulty, but rather the fuse box itself.

Yeah just replace the whole thing.

Its been about 15 years since I last worked on an Accord this old but I believe Its plug and play and mostly interchangeable.

If youre any good with PCB repair, it should be fairly simply. (I have zero PCB repair skills, but the interwebs may help)

Open it up and look for the **** stain or corrosion....

Yeah I am more mechanical skilled than electrical skilled. I rather pay someone since I’m sure they know what they doing and most likely won’t make many mistakes like I would
