I cleaned everything even replace few hoses, bleed the coolant bleeder. Still surge! Today i replace iacv I believe this one works because I unplug it idles drops hard plug it back up idle picks back I assumed the replacement work, I even changed the fitv to jdm one still! I do got a evap code can a damn evap cause a surge?
