Why in the world does my body vin have 666 as destination code and the engine is from an accord model year 2000🤣 f23 2.4L wtf

Simple: You are wrong about the destination code... you actually have the 66,623 Accord built that year. As for the VIN plate on the engine... the engine has been replaced with another engine.
