You have codes 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, and 14 !!!

3 - MAP sensor
5 - MAP sensor
6 - ECT sensor
7 - TPS sensor
10 - IAT sensor
14 - IACV

I am shocked that your engine will even run with all of these codes... unless you have been unplugging various sensors while the key is ON just to test things... and you haven't cleared the codes generated after you plugged things back in. If you get all of the above codes natively/naturally... you have BIG problems.

@JRcivic1
glad to see your reply, I am still confused with all thoses CEL still engine is running but not to its peak rpm is limited to 4000 due to ecu running in limp mode.
I don't know how to follow as the engine should never start with such cases, wiring has been checked point to point and its all good.

Sounds like you plugged into the wrong sensors
double check the wire colors to match the appropriate sensor

Double checked and confirm pin to pin, all wiring has been verified and its all good and ok, only observation worries me out now is the map sensor 3 clicks still persist however the TPS and MAP ground singal is conencted to D21 and 22 sensor ground while it is also connected to thermostat ground at the body.

When i remove that part the fuel priming and main relay stops working taking ground from that thermostat body

I am a bit confused would i have to separte common ground for sensors to D21 and D22 only and remaining can be grounded through thermostat body ?

I am pretty sure MAP is grounded directly through ECU, not on a common ground at thermostate housing for this very reason.
