I am having trouble with the swap i am doing currently. Im having a crank no start. Im getting fuel,air and spark. Compression is #1->135,#2->130,#3->170,#4->175. Engine hasnt start for over a year from what the previous owner told me. Any help will be appreciated.

 

You have two dead cylinders... if you are lucky, it could be a tight valve adjustment. Not so lucky... ring or piston damage in cylinders one and two. Test further.
