Default Swap gurus, please help. Electrical issue

Sorry for the long background but i want to give as much info as possible.
I picked up a 1995 eg with a 94 gsr/lsd swap for my daughter's first car. It had experienced oil pressure loss and cooked.the head. Turns out it had been turboed, and scored up the cylinders, so engine out, good used head, everything is back together and reinstalled. It had an aftermarket alarm from.which ive only clipped out the speaker under the hood. Whoever did this swap originally was shadetree AF, its an amateur hour swap.

Now the problem. I tried to start it for the first time, everything powered up, fuel pump primed etc. When I turned the key there was an audible click then all power went away. No key ding even. Went through and checked all the fuses, all good. Got back in and the beep.is back when I put in the key. Tried again with the same.result. I havnt messed with a swapped honda since I worked at a shop that did mainly hinda builds back in 2008.
I hope.some Honda-wan Kenobi out there can help. Thanks!

First mistake was buying someone else’s headache. Hard to pinpoint just one thing due to the multiple issues. Look at the obvious and go from there.
