I have a Honda civic 2001 1.5l manual jdm, I'm having this issue when I'm driving the car completely shuts off and turns back on like the car restarts it self.

When this happens I can hear the fuel pump relay clicks, dashboard lights tuns off and comes back on just like when you turn the car of and on.
I have tried replacing the alternator, engine harness, ECU, ignition switch, engine bay fuse box, fuel pump and ignition relay battery and terminals and cleaned all ground wires.

If anyone has any idea why does this happen and how to fix this please let me know.

You could have checked all fuses for a tarnished look then cleaned them , If battery terminals and fuses are good and tight then it may be a bad instrument cluster
