Default 2000 civic fuel pump issues

I know there’s another post within this past week regarding this but I have some additional questions and didn’t want to take over someone else’s thread.

To start off my car has been parked for over a year. Last time I started it was 6 months ago and I went to start it because I was thinking about getting it cleaned up to sell. Well now I’m not getting power to the fuel pump. I checked all the fuses and replaced the main relay with no luck. I checked and cleaned the ground going to the thermostat with no luck. I fed direct power to the pump and it works fine. There’s no power coming to the pump. When I checked the terminals going to the main relay I could not get any voltage on the multimeter.

Can anyone tell me what exact pins I should be testing on the plug going to the main relay and if there are any other things I should be checking.

Could be as simple as the plug ends. Otherwise, since it’s been sitting…. Could be corrosion in the loom. Test for continuity. Check the pump head plug as well. Good luck.

So after some additional work seems like pin 3 is getting no power when the ignition is turned.

not sure if this is what you're looking for, found it in 96-00 Chilton manual

Alright so after more checking seems like I was incorrectly checking things.
I checked continuity on the ground wire on the thermostat and it was good.

Pin 1/3/5/8 are getting power. 6 and 7 are not getting power. When are these pins activated? During crank or should they be active as soon as key goes to on position?

According to the photo above pin 6 matches with 2 and pin 7 matches with 4.

Update:
there’s spark but no fuel pump activation nor is the injectors getting power.
I have jumped the fuel pump and it works.
there is no cel light and when I plug the scanner in there’s no data at all as the scanner turns on but keeps loading.
main relay has been swapped and even an ecu. Still no luck.
Any ideas?
