D15 swap options to manual
Hello yall so I've been driving autos my whole life and just picked up an EG hatch the other day which is also auto but I want to swap it to manual and learn how to drive stick. Currently has the D15 engine in it but curious to know if swapping to K or B series would be better for a beginner. Once I get the hang of it I plan on doing an AWD conversion for the hatch too so I would love some input and opinions on which route to go
Stick with the stock D15B, with a manual transmission. Installing a K series isn’t a simple plug and play ordeal. Easier swap would be a B series of course. Those are harder to find, especially a clean one with decent mileage

not to sound like a jerk, but if you wanted a manual then you should have bought a manual in the first place. Drive the wheels off the car you have now and save for a manual car later
I would've got a manual if i found a good example of one. These cars are so hard to find in good condition with full interior to begin with where I jumped on the first opportunity I saw
Auto-to-manual swaps aren’t that hard to do, if you’re mechanically inclined. Honestly, if I was to build another Honda, I would look for an automatic car. Wouldn’t matter since it will be K swapped anyway
