I need help pricing my 1997 Accord/65K miles
I need help trying to figure out the value of our 1997 Honda Accord EX. My wife and I are thinking of selling it and we're really not sure how much it's worth.
It has only 65,000 miles and is in excellent condition mechanically and cosmetically. It's a single-family car that was originally owned by my mother-in-law and then by my wife. Not long ago we spent about $2500 making sure everything was in proper working order (new tires, new spark plugs, valve adjustment, recharged air conditioning, oil and filter service, timing belt replaced).
I'd really appreciate it if someone could give me an idea of what we should be asking for this car. It's hard to part with it but it seems like it's time to do so.
Thank you for any help you can provide.

Excessively low mileage is not necessarily a good thing. This generation should be in the 300-500K mile range if driven often.
Too low of mileage can be worse mechanically than high mileage.
Make sure to sell the car 'as-is'.

Hey man recently I just saw one with 90k miles sold for 2000 so with 30k less miles and all the work you had put into if I'd offer you 4500. I currently have a 95 that I've had for 9 yeah she's had her better days but I also paid 500 because it wouldn't start with 218k miles. Fast forward its mainly cosmetic issuse but im beginning to notice the wear on the transmission currently sitting at 350k miles. Now I leave you with this information simplely to one Hopefully purchase a vehicle that based on my pass is going to last at least another 5 year bare minimum and or to provide you with some comfortability im knowns unless you guys are truly interested in a newer vehicle you guys have the best thing you can ask for reliably!
