Hi, doing head gasket, and i noticed the spark plug in cylinder 1 is stuck.

I've got the head off, and ill be honest, i havent tried to remove the stuck spark plug yet, but how easy is it to get it out now that the head is off?

What are the steps that i need to take to remove the stuck spark plug with the head out?

 

By stuck you mean just seized on? Not broken or anything? If that's the case it should come out pretty easily using a deep 16mm socket and an impact. If it's snapped or stripped out, it's going to be a lot harder/
