Having smog issues again, looking to you guys for help.
93 Civic DX
Passed with flying colors during the title transfer smog a year ago. Just went for the registration smog, and NOx came up as a gross polluter, but everything else was super clean. I just checked the timing again and its dead on. checked for vacuum leaks, and didn't find any. Can't figure out why only the 15mph NOx is so high. Any guesses?

New as of a year ago:
timing belt
Catalytic converter, CA state legal
spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor
other non direct emissions new: valve cover gasket, all new seals

 

You need to post all the results but you could have a lean condition if your timing is set at 16*.

 

Current readings. Since the first posting, I took it to a smog repair facility and they couldn't find any leaks of faults with sensors, but recommended I try a new TPS. I grabbed one from the junkyard (whole throttle body assembly) and still am not passing 15mph nox.

 

Post the entire printout and read what I said.
